"I do not recommend working with this agent. Both her and her coworkers were very rude, when I inquired about billing. When asked for a breakdown of the payments/charges, it did not make sense. I did not agree with their computation and put it all into writing. I asked for a better explanation so that it would make sense to me and they said that is the best that they can do. I requested to speak to Emma directly, which is the first time I have ever spoken to her and she very curtly advised that she doesn't do billing and can't provide a better explanation. Terrible customer service, rude staff and unable to assist. FIND LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE! Update: I called the corporate office (800 number, NOT Emma's office) and within 2 minutes, George was effectively and clearly able to communicate to me exactly how they came up with the numbers they had. Maybe her agents need more training on how to explain billing."
