I would ask questions about my policy and not receive answers, calls were not returned even after calling multiple times, and the staff wasn't particularly helpful. Starting this year, the sum total of it was: (a) "Im new: I dont know"; (b) I dont have that information: go to the state farm website"; (c) No one is here, I can connect you to voicemail I changed agents So I see that Ms Allen resorts to slandering her customers who have written precise descriptions of what they experienced at her agency (and who actually bothered to note that they got good service till a year ago). So Ms Allen's response to complaints about poor service is that it is abuse. You can see the level of "service" in her response. STAY AWAY"
